BestSeller Antivirus help?

I have done all the steps to remove it, but when I go to use ANY (yes, I've tried a lot) of the free scans online, I get a popup saying my Security settings won't allow it to download.

What do I do to fix that?

Run GarbageClean from http://www.SecureMyWindows.com to remove it.
Your browser is most likely blocking the ActiveX that the online virus scans need to download. Depending on what browser you are using, you should see a bar near the top that says it has blocked ActiveX - click options which is at the far right of the bar, and allow the ActiveX.

Many of the antivirus products might not be able to remove that "BestSeller antivirus" rouge software, so you may need to find removal instructions for it on google.

Good luck.
