I m not able to update AVG 7.5 Manully by the latest bin file download from the website.

go download update files from ''http://www.grisoft.com/doc/downloads-up... for today la....
open avg %26 click on Check for Update....
Click on folder.. Choose ur destination [your downloaded update files] then click OK....
Update will then automatic run...
that all....
simple....

With the Windows version you just double click on the icon in the task bar then click on update; however, since you mention a bin file I would guess you are using a Linux operating system of which I am totally ignorant.
