Hello i really need help here. My wife downloaded BSA as she thought it was legit. I have tried running AVG antivirus and spyware and it is not picking it up. I tried doing a rollback on my computer and due to this virus it will not let the computer rollback even to as far as 4 months ago. I don't want to have to restore the computer. I have tried a couple different applications that have not removed it such as AVG rootkit remover and vundo something or other. Don't know what to do just short of restoring the thing. Guidance at this point would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
