I have just started on bt internet and cant find the free norton antivirus and firewall, any ideas?

have contacted help desk 3 times - no use at all, checked out disc and its not on there, cant find where to download it from

Email BT through the help icon on your desktop, you get instant help from someone and you close the question when you are satisfied the answer has been met. Its a very good service, iv used it a couple of times.

I'm with BT internet and I've just uninstalled it. I found that It slowed my comp down and It never found half the viruses and spyware that the free version of AVG has found.
u can go to download.com and download it free there by writing in search option
don't go with norton... google for avg
Try the free AVG... much better than Norton. :-)
you would be better off using free independent anti virus like avg available fromhttp://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/... %26 firewall like zone alarm available from http://www.zonelabs.com/ also a good free anti spy ware http://www.safer-networking.org/
go to www.bt.yahoo.com and on the home page click my services in the top right you will then see it at the top of the next page it is included with options 2,3,4 then just download it and install it and away yo go good luck
log in to btyahoo home page at the bottom of the page is software down load it is on the right hand side clickcon it and it check your pc and offer software updates
