plus my cumputer is much slower and crashes what can i do.

i ran norton antivirus and it tells that it got rid of the virus but i'm still having the problem. plus i'm getting all these pop up ads

What do the pop ups say?

You may need Smtifraud fix or Vundo fix.

You can try Superantispyware and A-Squared Free 3.0 to try and remove them. Run them in safe mode.

If cleaned, delete Windows system restore points.
