I have avg antivirus, what can i do to get rid of these errors without paying anything? Can i download something that keeps my pc ok all the time, without errors?

Oh yes avoid that other registry cleaner that you said, it's probably a rogue. Scan with your anti-virus/anti-spyware.

What you are looking at is a pop-advertisement, lying to you, and trying to trick you into giving them money.
No real error message would ever ask you to pay $38 to fix it.
You need to find a person who knows about computers to reinstall windows for you and set up a proper security system. It should take 2-3 hours. And give the person a nice tip, it's not easy being the tech guy ;)
Alternatively, you could get a mac.
You have not down loaded the fraudulent registry toolbar have you, Uninstall it and keep away from these types of programs, Stick to the free Programs like AVG, zone alarm, Adaware and Spybot.

I recommend Digeus Registry Cleaner and Windsty Tune Up Suite as they are the best know on the market. They find and fix most of errors in the system than any other.
