If this is a warning bar that appears at the top if the internet explorer window - you should be able to right click on it and choose download.

Or use Mozilla Firefox

You've probably got a pop-up blocker switched on somewhere.

Have you thought of downloading and using an alternative web browser?

You can have as many browswers as you like, I've got ten.

The fastest browser around is called Opera : -

Download Opera Web BrowserDownload the Opera Web browser for a better and faster Internet experience.

you have to change your settings you can do this by changing yor settings and if this doesn't work try changing your settings which can be done by changing your settings. If all else fails, just chuck it out the window. This will revert it back to the default settings...but it will probably break it

good luck with changing your settings
Try raisin something else,my friend.
Is your internet security set to high? Also your firewall might be on and what you are downloading might need to have the firewall off.
1. your firewall maybe restricting it
